For the lowest latency, there are a few options - using the right filter type and simply using the plugin if you are working within the DAW.
For a DAW workflow, the plugin will offer little to no latency as it is designed for such a scenario. keep in mind to bypass the plugin upon export if you are not using a control room/listen bus.
