The calibration process with Sonarworks SoundID is impressively straightforward. The frequency response after setting up Sonarworks SoundID Reference is so much better. Even in a room with super bad acoustics, it was possible to balance the frequencies so that I can produce on studio monitors now instead of headphones. Definitely recommend it!

As for the products itself, I took a lot of measurements using REW to determine how to treat my room, and a final calibration using Reference. My goodness, you people have made a thing of great function and elegance. It was not only easy to navigate the software, but fun and fascinating to play with all the elements. I now not only have a flat listening environment, but feel I have learned invaluable information about the science of sound through the process of calibration and exploring the reference software. I have yet to explore the virtual spaces, but am sure I will enjoy it. I also calibrated my Beyerdynamic DT770 Pros and that worked a treat. Thank you so much. Amazing products!

SoundID reference is fantastic. If you're mixing professionally and even if you've already got a treated acoustic space, you can still make the most of quickly changing your EQ curve to represent car listening, phone listening, etc. I cannot recommend it highly enough for audio professionals.
