Some minor hickups when initially getting the software running. After doing the calibration, there were glitches that had it from running or saving my calibration. After that it's been running usually smoothly (after 2 days of use). I've had some system failure - the software to crash after starting the Windows again after hibernation. It does what it is supposed to do, my headphones and monitors are calibrated the same (flat) now as far as I can see. I have indicated pretty decent difference in the sound now from what it was before calibrating. Good product!

The demo had already convinced me. 3month after purchasing the educational license, still as happy as ever. My studio set up is in a small room with pretty bad acoustics under 300Hz. I truly hear a massive difference when Sonarworks is enabled. It compensated for a 10dB dip I had at 120Hz so my mixes sound so much fuller and accurate now. My kicks and basslines are finally breathing !

Upon download my education license has allowed for everything to be downloaded but nothing to work. I’ve emailed 2 separate times waiting at least a week for each with no response. Biggest waste of money I could spend as a college student

First of all, I'm confused by SoundID reference vs Reference 4, seems they replaced Reference 4 with SoundID reference, but all docs are still referring to Reference 4, really frustrating. Second, it simply does not work, makes no sound in my headphone. Here is what happened to me: I play a track in Spotify with UAD apollo and I'm listening with my headphone (Sennheiser HD600). Everything sounds fine and I'm happy. The moment I turned on SoundID Reference, the sound disappears, green bars are popping just like they're working fine in the SoundID Reference GUI, no sound. I haven't used the microphone for measuring, contacted support but response is slow. I'm thinking about returning it.

Sound ID Reference lacks the possibility of simultaneous multi-output correction (you cannot listen to your speaker and headphones at the same time while having them both corrected (or 2 headphones at the same time)). Being a software-based feature i don't understand why the don't implement it

A serious must-buy for any level of producers or engineers. There was a ringing low frequency in my room, and SoundID managed to identify it in the 100hz range and adjusted my speakers accordingly. Software and microphone were worth every single penny and I would 100% buy it again/recommend it to all of my friends.
