“When my old Sony 5.1 home theatre system finally gave up the ghost I decided to change to a Sonos Arc. The Arc is great but I wanted the extra cinema ooomph of low frequency sounds that I was used to. The Sub gen3 is awesome for this and it doesn't have to be anywhere near max volume to get the effect of rumbling noises, explosions etc. it's possible I could have managed with the new Sub Mini but the price was nicely reduced on the Gen 3 Sub so I went for it.”

“Have always love the Sonos sub.I officially put the sub to work on New year's day and it definitely did not disappoint me musically.The eco-balance of sub is beautiful . I currently placed my Sonos sub on the table to stop my son's cat using it for stretching.I know when time allows to watch a film the sub clearly will surprise me. Excellent product and great investment for me.”

“I had purchased the Sonos Arc earlier and had added Sonos PLAY ONE as surrounds. I thought that combination lacked bass and completeness. When I added the Sub (Gen 3) the improvement can only be described as AMAZING. It not only adds the missing bass but enables the other speakers to fully realise their potential. Well worth the additional cost.”

“We initially purchased the Sonos Arc to try it without the Sub because of the added expense. After our trial, we found that we were missing the deeper richer background tones that only the Sub can provide. We, therefore, decided to go all out and make the purchase. We were not disappointed and are very pleased with the overall experience, especially when playing music and movies. It is an expensive system but you get what you pay. The extended 6-year warranty and Black Friday discounts tipped the decision for us. We won't be changing this anytime soon.”

“SATISFIED!! This Sonos sub has some serious low end bass frequencies My set up was a Sonos Arc and two Sonos 1’s Gen2. The sound output from those alone was amazing when listening to music and watching movies especially in Dolby Atmos! After adding the Sonos Sub, it transformed the sound output all round! The whole system just sounds so much better. Adding the sub reduces the bass in the Arc and surrounds and gives more Mid range and treble. The Sub takes over the job of bass and it does it so well! The end result is cleaner crisper mid and treble ranges and lot of bass from the sub that seriously kicks. This is a must for anyone with either an arc or playbar… it not only gives thumping bass but it’s a total upgrade to the sound output all round! Extremely happy with this purchase and super fast delivery too… thank you”
