“People have commented on how good it looks when fitted. Customer Service is definitely first class. My one suggestion for a possible improvement is to have better installation instructions. I think if I had followed them to the letter the installation might have been more difficult than it was. As it was it was a simple matter to fit it.”

“Excellent quality product and great service. When the box of brackets became separated from the oak pole in transit, replacement brackets were immediately dispatched. The handrail is now installed, looks beautiful and feels very secure. Overall I am delighted and would not hesitate to purchase from Simple Handrails again”
