“Fixtures were lovely, handrail was warped and still had machine marks. I would still buy again though.”

“I think you need to strive harder, I ordered my handrail 3 weeks ago, I was told it would be delivered 5 days later. I am still waiting for my purchase, you do contact me about the reason for the delay. I keep phoning and getting different excuses, it was meant to finally be delivered fri/Monday, I'm still waiting and no contact from yourselves. Hope this helps to improve your service, especially your communication with your customers.”
