“The handrail is of good quality and I am very pleased with it. However, it proved very difficult to instal. The useless instructions may have been written in a made-up language. There aren't any pre-drilled holes in the rail, meaning you are unlikely to get anything centred. The end caps don't actually screw onto the rail, resulting in the bottom end cap falling off of the rail (we had to glue ours in place). Unless you are extremely competent at DIY, I would recommend having a professional instal the handrail.”
