“The oak handrail looks lovely and the brass fittings seem to be very high quality, much better than some of the flimsy fixings I've been given with other products I've bought for my house. Looking forward to getting in on the wall! The only very minor downside is that the picture on the website is slightly misleading as the wood looks as though it has been finished with a varnish, whereas the handrail comes unfinished. However, the website does say it is unfinished in the description so more fool me!”

“We were notified at 6.30 in the morning that our delivery was due that day and to be sure to be there for acceptance. Although we stayed in all day (and changed our previous plans) nothing arrived. A similar email was received the next day and thankfully the rail was delivered. No complaints about the actual rail.”

We are getting our orders our within 2 working days from point of order but we are finding that certain parts of the country they do have huge backlogs. Please accept our apologies for this. “The rail had not been fully varnished upon receipt but have been credited for this error. The rail is solid. However the cap end did not hold fast to the plastic insert therefore the builder had to get special tape to put inside. Two errors disappointing.”

“I am very pleased. The handrail is perfect. Unfortunately, the walls are of drywall construction and this gave some issues for my carpenter but these were overcome and the handrail is strong and beautiful.”

“All fine save for one end that needs sanding down and the brass end wouldn't fit snugly. Sorted by using a bit of toilet paper. On forever now!”
