“My item was confirmed as delivered over 2 weeks ago but I still haven't received it. This company uses 3rd party couriers but does not keep track of them. Although requested, they haven't provided any details of the 3rd party courier and I am now battling to get a refund. I have received no items, no refund and the company are now ignoring me completely, forcing me to pursue this through my credit card company. Not impressed.”
