“Very good delivery but splits in the rail and the rail was warped on delivery. It doesn’t look like an oak colour that I would expect . The end caps do not fit flush to the pole and are very loose .”

“It's OK, it's the design I wanted. Arrived very well packaged. Slight bow in each section but builder has managed to hide that slightly on attaching it. Builder who attached it for me had to use his own longer screws as those supplied weren't long enough. I'll have to oil it to stop staining being natural wood. It's a nice looking rail once up.”

“This handrail is solid, looks very contemporary and clean. I'm delighted with the end result. My joiner professed it easy to install and was impressed that there were plenty of extra fittings included. The price was the best I found online and in store. Delivery was a bit slow but this is common at the moment where distribution drivers are required.”
