“Arrived by the end of the same week ordered, I had paid a £28 additional charge for speedy delivery - a bit much but arrived as advised so that was good. Well wrapped and it actually took me half an hour to remove the mastic tape which covered the banister. Ordered oak, note wood not treated but cost less than the nice one at B&Q. Only point is it came in 2 parts with a join which isn't very attractive and means the banister was not straight when fitted with a slight bend in the middle. Communicate was excellent. Only flaw I would say is I really didn't know what I was ordering as the order was made by web chat and there was no pictures to show me in advance what I was ordering. I would check in future but I ordered in a hurry so I have to take some responsibility for this.”

“Not overly impressed, arrived damaged, poor quality screws in kit, contacted company, promised partial refund, never materialised despite chasing by email. A shame, could easily have been rectified.”
