“Looks very nice, but did not expect to have to sand a finished product, also some cracks in the wood, had to position the rail with defects facing the wall to avoid it being visible.”

“Really pleased with the product (looks good, very sturdy) and great customer service. I needed it delivered in time for a visit from my dad who would otherwise struggle with the stairs- phoned the sales department who were super helpful and pushed the order through so it arrived 48 hours later. “I have put poor because. The cut on the end of both bits of the hand rail is all splintered & the end bits are not as flush as they should be.”

“Handrail is nice if a little rough in places and requires further sanding. Brackets are nice and look good. Screws were useless I’m afraid and heads sheared off causing me to have to re position brackets several times using just a screwdriver! Didn’t realise I was that strong.......I had emailed to ascertain delivery dates as was getting close to max delivery time and got a quick response back. So, overall, prepare to sand and use your own screws! But then a good looking rail!”
