“Excellent service and handrail as described. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars was the difficulty In fixing the end caps centrally to the handrail. I feel that a central pilot hole should have been made before sending the rail out as not all us DIYers have the capabilities to achieve this perfect centralisation?”

Hi Steven, Thank you for your review. The the reason we don’t drill the centres of the rail is because a lot of our customers cut them down on site. The end caps are designed to move when hit with a camping mallet/ rubber mallet to centralise them as per our instructions. Simplehandrails.co.uk
