“Delighted with my handrail,good quality piece of oak and great stainless steel fittings,altogether looks fantastic. There was a slight hiccup with the courier which was quickly rectified by Cutomer services. Will be recommending your handrails to others.”

“the goods arrived in good order but on opening we found we were short of screws to fix handrail to brackets. we sent e/mail but have not received reply.The screws are the ones to attach the rails to the brackets. my fitter said to ask for replacements so can you post same asap so he can complete the job. the material of the rails is very good and I would recommend your co to my friends”
