“Firstly it was delivered by ups but i wasnt in so they left it at a corner shop whos owner put my quite expensive purchase in the shop front on a dirty floor for cuatomers to kick everytime they went to the till. Secondly the brackets, srews and 2 ends are really poorly constructed. The brackets move into a position once tightened they dont allign with the wood, the screws fraid then eventually snapped (i had to use my own) never have i had a screw snap on me and the ends well whats the point of them there not secure they dont stay on! All in all very poor.”

“There are couple of minor ridges in the wood and it would have helped enormously if the stainless Steel ends came with a point hole template as centring them wasn’t easy, end result is slightly off centre”
