“Previous Garmin user as I wanted to try the watch with the tracking tags. User experience is horrible. Unintuitive interface and hard to navigate while playing a round. Also the GPS constantly loses connection here in Ireland making it useless when you need to check the yardage.”

“Purchased the X5 GPS watch as ex-display and I would swear it is brand new. Not a mark on the watch and sticker still on screen to protect it. Came in proper box with all manuals and club tags. Absolute bargain!”

“Got the watch screen was to dark to use and support said it was fine so returned for refund. Then bought a new one from golf shop it works fine just super disappointed in service”

Hi, I'm sorry you're disappointed in our service. The watch was working as expected, it is designed to work outside so it's brighter outside when compared to inside. I'm glad you managed to find another watch that was bright enough for you.

“Very happy with this X5 using it for tracking and get insight on where to improove my game. Easy to set up and it look good. It has a lot of features I haven’t get used to yet, but I really like the auto tracking and PinCollect. Have been in contact with support a couple of times and they are really helpful. Very impressed”

“First of all for an ex display watch, the box was immaculate, the watch didn’t have a single mark on it as if it hadn’t even left the box, it’s possible it hadn’t but if it has you wouldn’t know. Feature are amazing and honestly have helped me massively in the couple of rounds iv played. The only negative is after downloading your round to the phone your score doesn’t match some times and you have to go back and work out what shots are missing, not sure what causes this but it’s easy to fix so you can sign your round off! Iv also tried the Arcoss system with the tracker in your pocket and honestly the price for what that does doesn’t even compare to the shot scope!”
