Recently purchased, and used for 4 rounds so far. Easily clips on a belt and a simple tap on the selected club end before the shot, allows the locational data to be recorded. Easy to sync with the app at home afterwards and make adjustments if a shot has been missed. The battery only lasts for 18 rather than 36 holes. So far so good..

It is easy to use and it is easy to fit it in to the rutin. I find it diffecult to edit the round in the mobile app, it is much easyer to do it on a computer. The satilite view is not so good.

I have had two different Shot Scope watches. But when an Apple Watch became a medically-necessary accessory AND I was ‘grandfathered’ (read: NO monthly fees!) I sold my SC watches. For all the things that Arccos can do, they still don’t measure the intermediate distances quickly/easily. Their comments: “that’s a great idea!” I read about the H4 and ordered one - which fell out of the magnetic clip on my first round (between 15-17). SC graciously gave me a nice discount (not free) to replace it. So, I ordered another H4 from SC, and found a nice, small zippered pouch at ‘Bezos mart’ with a caribener, that clips SECURELY to a belt loop. NOW, when I have a water hazard or bunker in my way - I know the distances to and beyond it - without screwing around with a rangefinder. Want to know ‘the rest of the story’ with Arccos? Get an H4!

I was looking for something to track stats without having to constantly fiddle with my phone or a device. This seems to do it well. It is a little challenging to remember to record each swing, I've been trying to adapt it to my routine. It takes some time for it to start and find a course and seems to get off sometimes especially putting if you don't give it some time. Otherwise it's been pretty handly. The web interface is pretty good, a little quircky to get use to adjusting shots afterwards but it works. Adding penalty shots and missed shots is a little challenging sometimes getting them in order. The battery life will maybe make it two rounds. I forgot to charge it on a golf trip and it didn't make it through a second round the next day.

Generally accurate. Remembering to tag takes a little practice. But good system once you've mastered the tagging part. Belt clip not good. Device too easily falls out. Also can't feel vibration (confirming tag has been read) if the device is in the belt clip. I keep device in my pocket and hold it in my hand to tag the club. Putting distances not very accurate. Need to edit post round if you want accurate putting statistics.

Basic stuff out of the way first: No subscription Data collected can be viewed on a web browser; you're not locked to a phone screen Magnet for belt loop is STRONG Battery holds up great (played 9, then played 18 and forgot to change. Still had about 1/3 battery left after 27 holes) --- The only "difficult" part of using this is blocking out 15 minutes to twist the devices into each club. Introducing the tapping element was a simple addition to my pre-shot routine. I've forgotten twice in about 72 holes. One, a tee shot, I manually adjusted after the round was over. The second, a fairway wedge that I chunked into oblivion, I just walked back to where my divot was and tapped my wedge before my next shot. The data points are fantastic, and they're already helping me work on my game. Already I've gone from a ~93% short approach rate to clubbing up and landing around 40% short now, which is helping my score more that I had expected.
