“I recently changed from using a handheld garmin gps to using a shotscope g6 watch. My only regret is that I didn't make the change sooner. It easily provides me with all the information I need on the course without the need to stop and concentrate on navigating fidly sub menus. Speed of play is not, therefore, adversely affected. I particularly like the ability to be able to see the layout of each hole from tee to green, including hazards. Not necessary on my home course but useful when I play new courses. This is not a watch for players who value possessing big name kit and showing it off, instead, this is a watch for a player whose focus is on his own game and is looking for accurate distances to front and back of hazards, green etc in order to keep improving. I would thoroughly recommend it”

“Light weight so comfortable to wear. Screen is a bit dark and the hole layout is so small to make it almost useless. However the yardages that it gives are very accurate when checked with a Bushnell rangefinder which is ultimately what really matters. Hazards are not that easily determinable as to which bunker it refers to but it gives you an idea. Does take quite a while to find any new course visited. All in all for the money it gives very accurate front, middle and back measurements and anything else is a bonus.”

“Werkt zeer goed ben zeer tevreden ,op een minpuntje na, bij het niet uitholen schakeld de watch niet automatisch over naar de volgende hole en is het een heel gepruts om het terug gebruiksklaar te maken”

“The major issue is having to change holes manually. I leave the watch on my golf bag as im not comfortable wearing a watch while playing. Any previous watches i had the watch automatically changed”

“Gives great view of each hole, with accurate distances to hazards. Wish it also showed optimal distance to doglegs. That's about the only negative. Very light on wrist and easy to navigate screens once you watch a few videos.”
