It's small compact, easy to use, comes in a great carry case, and it is so affordable, fits in golf bag pockets, ideal for maintaining your speed and distance numbers. I love it.

Hi Joonas, It should still detect speed sticks. It may be you need to move the LM1 a bit further back. If you haven't done so already please contact our support team at support@shotscope.com for some help.

Great product with an unbeatable price tag. For me, being a ShotScope user for years, it was a no brainer to switch to the LM1 as soon as possible. It gives me a perfect picture of my lengths per club and swing.

I bought this as I wanted to find out the right stats for each club and speeds so I can match golf balls as well. After doing this it has been excellent to get the right distances and now use golf ball to suit swing speed, excellent price and really great piece of kit to use to improve your golf

Initial first time using it was really easy. Will be doing a more comprehensive session in the near future to dial in distances to advance my game.

I got the device about two weeks ago, so these are first impressions. Setting it up is as simple as it looks in all the videos. Just place it in line with your ball a bit more than a driver length away, select the club you're hitting, and off you go. You can switch the language and if you want to use metric or imperial distance and speed, but you can't combine meters and MPH or yards and kph. I heard that's a problem in Australia. The club selection is a bit strange for hybrids in my opinion. They are just named H1, H2,...H5. The app (for the tags I do not own) has a different system, you can set the degrees there in the range from 13 to 31. A bit more consistency would be good I think. The radar can only capture speed, height, and direction - how fast is the club, how fast is the ball, where does the ball go. Carry and total length are calculated (I think), as is the smash factor (ball speed / club head speed). It can't read spin, but I knew that up front, so it's ok. Sometimes it really doesn't get the club head speed - I had occasions, where it said I hit the driver with 146.5 mph (multiple times exactly that speed), which is about twice as much as I really do. And if a ball is hit very thin and doesn't get up in the air, the radar doesn't see it - that's just the limit of the technology. Another thing about the app: you can set the distance to meters or yards, but not the speed to kph, it's always mph. I guess that's a pretty easy thing to change though. The community might have addressed that, but it's facebook only, which I refuse to use, so I can't participate. Move to Discord! It can do everything you want on any device!

Pre order bestelling. De 5 parameters werken prima. Geeft je een zeer goede indicatie van je snelheid en afstand.

What a piece of kit. So impressed. Firstly the ease of use - amazing. Seconds to turn on, incredibly easy to place behind the ball (doesn’t require the precise calibration of other, more expensive launch monitors). Really quick and accurate numbers as well. It does struggle a bit with some mis-hits, but then I don’t really care about the data for mis-hits - so doesn’t bother me. A couple of software upgrades and it would be epic - a shot count on the screen and the ability to export the data in the app (excel/numbers) would be brilliant. For the price, I don’t believe there is anything out there that would touch this. Yes - ££££ Launch Monitors can tell you everything you’d possibly want to know, but this little box is already improving my game with it’s 5 data points.
