“Does almost everything I'd hoped for except for very short chip and pitch shots. Not accurate under 20 yds it seems. Was hoping to use this in my basement in the winter working on short shots. Otherwise works well for this 11 handicapper.”

“What an excellent bit of kit for a great price, driving ranges are getting more expensive every week it seems and this has allowed me to practice much more at home with accurate data. It’s also ready to use in about 30 seconds which is another big positive as there’s no faffing about”

“Have been using the monitor at the range. Overall I think the unit itself is good, but only gives accurate distance on decently hit shots. Where I think it needs improvement is syncing to the app and managing practice session data on the app.”

“Compact and easy to carry, this device is something you can keep in your bag 24/7. The Swing Speed Training mode is a nice addition, but the main use is on the range — both to understand each club's yardages, and to understand on a shot-by-shot basis whether you are consistent, and what good, great, and iffy shots feel like. There is lots of room for improvement, which I'd be surprised not to see addressed over time through firmware updates. Accuracy is good, particularly in the wedge-to-6-iron range. From 5-iron upwards, I'm seeing a growing margin of error (up to 15 yards long with the Driver, compared to a Trackman), but it's still great value and useful, as the error appears fairly consistent. It performs better on outdoor ranges, and improvements — or perhaps a specific indoor mode — would be beneficial. Best Areas for future improvement: app (phone and watch) integration for club changing and real-time data. If Shot Scope isn't interested in developing these, then perhaps API access to real-time data would be an option worth considering. I've never used it on the course during a round, and can't see myself ever doing.”

“This launch monitor is excellent tool for a beginer like myself. For the price you can't go wrong. Made my training sessions a whole lot more i teresting. Although it will not equal other industry standard launch monitors out there, it does have key metrics for an amatur. Very stylish and compact, fits in my golf bag i always take it with me to range sessions. Well done to the team at ShotScope. All the best to you guys, more importantly thank you very much for giving me such a womderful piece of equipment to help me improve my golf game.... 2026 here i come!!”
