“The product is working, just not as well as expected. That said, for my limited objectives of the device it should meet my needs. All I was looking for was a way to measure swing speed to see if my drills are working and a way on the range to get a better idea of distance on shots. Now, some of my problems could be my fault and I need to reread the set up manual but my three biggest issues are: 1) Swing speed reliability. Out of about 70 shots on the range my swing speed was regestered as 100 mph or higher a few times. The last time I had a 100 mph swing was, well, never. The other swing speeds recorded were between 70 and 80 mph. Which is what I would expect. It did captue the total distance on the 100 mph shots fairly closely per the range markers. When I have just used the speed training mode I never got an anomalies reading close to 100 mph and I used it for several sessions. All readings were in the expect range. Slow. 2) Speacking of distance, not that accurate with crappy ball contact. I hit a few worm burners that the LM1 said went a lot farther then they actually did. Again, might have the device set up wrong. Will reread manual. 3) I hve one of the Shot Scope shot tracking devices and so accessed the Shop Scope universe regularly to record rounds, but can't figre out how to comenct to thte LM1 to acess the data. Need to read the manual yet again. So, maybe not a glowing review, but for my skill level and limited objectives the LM1 meets my needs. Tom S.”
