Something that I would call a clear essential for anyone who is investing in a Raspberry Pi 4. The case fits smoothly, as a single protective heat sink for your power house of heat and computing. The design allows for access to all of the IO, though it could do with some minor changes: The case populates the four screw holes and adheres through thermal paste to three points on the Pi. The hex bolts terminate into the case itself, not allowing for any additional mounting points. To mount the Pi whilst in a case, to any unit or project, I'd recommend a thin shim on the bottom of the case or a wrap around. That brings me to another wish: side covering. Where the case is a two part top and bottom that does not extend past the footprint of the Pi, there is no side on protection. A small printed band would do the trick, but it is a minimal concern. I have not tested the Pi outside of the case, from what this case shows me, I would not want to. The Pi 4 runs warm, with this case pulling a fair wack of that heat away. I would recommend the fanless version to anyone who can afford to put a fan onto the case themselves, you get more heatsink and can use a larger fan. Honestly, one of the best cases I can see for a general use. Small, powerful and inexpensive.
