“I brought a food flask after seeing an advert on Facebook. I followed the instructions and when I came to eat my soup at lunchtime (around 4 hours later) it was just warm, so disappointed. I wouldn’t buy again”

“Still waiting for items I pre ordered in March only to be told you sold out ,how can you sell out when ore ordered and all the stuff I ordered with drinks bottle awaiting for also till end of May which year I not know”

Hello Des, Thanks for your review and apologies for any misunderstanding here. The way a pre-order works is that you pay for and reserve an item that is currently out of stock but a future dispatch date is given instead. As we are completely out of stock of the Sports Bottles at the moment, we're unable to have your order sent out until the advised delivery date you were given you upon placing your order. All items under the same order will be sent out together so we advise that you place a separate order for non pre-order items if you need them sooner. Our Sports Bottles will be dispatched on or before the 31st May 2023 as soon as we've received our delivery. “Fab product, does the job! I leave for work 8am and the food is still pipping hot at 12:30. Got lots of compliments at work! I ordered another as gift for a work colleague. Plus a Fortis for myself. Win win.”
