“First time using it my soup was Luke warm. I went onto the internet to find out what I done wrong. Basically you need to fill with boiling water for 15/20 minutes and then fill it with soup right to the top. Highly recommend, love mine and use it 2/3 times a week.”

“Beautiful to look at but not fit for purpose as it doesn't keep anything hot. I have now tried several different drinks, soups and stews. I always pre heat the flask but it is tepid at best after 4-5 hours. Disappointed”

Hi Anne, I'm really sorry to hear this. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. “Love the colour, quality and how they are packaged. We have two food flasks - the trick seems to fill with boiling water about half hour prior to using as they do not overly hold the heat.”
