“I ordered flask for food and better if you do the hot water first, I have had one from morrisons and you don't need to do that so stays hotter but the SHO one just fine and better with sauce pot and the spork.”

“This is the third Sho food flask I’ve brought. Brought for my daughters, one is a paramedic , one is a teacher, and one is a physiotherapist. Obviously getting good nutrition at lunch time becomes difficult at times. However, since purchasing these flasks, they have been taking hot, homemade meals. They are able to eat delicious meals whenever they are or whatever shift patterns they have. It makes me happy as a mom, and they have expressed how great these flasks are. I personally double the hot water stage, and this keeps the food hotter just a bit longer for 12 hour shifts.”
