Caffeine and laughter fuelled hours sped by in a flurry of steaming, stretching, foaming, tapping, glossing, grinding, tamping, brewing, tasting and latte art, all supremely led by the effervescent, enthusiastic, knowledgeable Rin. No coffee bean was left unturned in the science, knowledge and experience imparted. Truly wonderful. We are inspired!!!

Well spent afternoon at the Barista Workshop with Rin. The whole experience was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the day and intended to return for Latte Art workshop. Rin is very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. He explained everything in detail and will go over more than once. The Casa espresso blend was beautiful, smooth, well balance of flavour and strength. Thanks Rin !

Had a great day learning about coffee roasting and barista skills with Rin and Ash. Very informative, but also good fun and tailored to my interests and knowledge - learned how important grinding the coffee is, as well as how to foam the milk properly. My latte art skills still require practice though! Would definitely recommend - thank you both!

I love coffee and I am technically incompetent! This was a present for my 70th birthday and what a treat! It's a fast-track into coffee culture which is as fascinating as wine, especially with the 'terroir' links. It is also a confidence building fun event with lots of chortling and laughter mixed in with serious amounts of information and learning. Any doubts I had as the morning approached were dispelled within the first fifteen minutes as we got into the swing of it all. I am already recommending it to family and friends

Really informative and enjoyable workshop learning more about coffee than I ever expected to. The importance of the grind and the details of measurement and timing were very helpful in understanding how to get that great taste. Now trying to recreate that at home! It was very much a ‘hands on’ course, with a lot of coffee made and drunk! Rin’s enthusiasm and knowledge of his subject really comes across, and his style of training is relaxed and fun. Thanks Rin for a great afternoon.
