The cost of cocoa has risen significantly, and because of this we had to rethink the product size to make sure we kept the quality, which we care deeply about, while still keeping it accessible. We chose to reduce the pack size so the chocolates remain just as you know and love them. Thanks so much for getting in touch and sharing your thoughts about our Chocolate Brazils, we really appreciate it. We wanted to mention first that we care deeply about the quality of our products, and thatâs something weâll never compromise on.
Over the last couple of years, the cost of cocoa has risen significantly, and like many others, weâve really felt the impact.
Rather than change the chocolates themselves or push the price of the bigger box up too high, we made the decision to reduce the pack size from 350g to 200g, and the price has been adjusted accordingly from ÂŁ11.99 down to ÂŁ9.99. That way, the chocolates stay just as you know and love them.
It wasnât an easy choice, but we felt it was the fairest way to maintain the quality of the product while still making sure theyâre accessible for our customers.
Please know weâre always working hard to balance quality, value and affordability, and weâre grateful for your understanding.
