“I recently updated an older Mainslink to the latest version which added status LEDs that are very helpful for diagnostics. I use the Mainslink to switch on a car charger in a detached garage either to track the surplus from the solar panels on the house or when my electricity is cheapest. The car charging is integrated with water heating and a home battery to maximise use of solar energy, and keep bought electricity costs down.”
