However, the gyro - which is vital for smooth drifting if you’re beginners like us - doesn’t seem to work, meaning the car is super-twitchy & just spins out most of the time. There is also no gyro adjustment on the controller which is odd - do these cars actually have a gyro?”
“Broke upon first time using , and I don’t mean a ball joint or wishbone I mean the gears completely ripped themselves apart first use and son really wasnt even driving it that hard , I know it’s cheap but spend the extra tenner and get the vantage FTX”
“It's exactly the right piece you need when it breaks. The breakage occured at the wheel end, perhaps this could be stronger.
The website says this is a "best seller" - perhaps it is not strong enough currently.
It's a small plastic part that costs 10% of the cost of the whole car model, and you obviously have to add postage on top.
Although essential, it doesn't seem strong enough and is very expensive.”
“It seems to struggle in even the smallest bit of wind and once it isn’t windy, and it’s finally up and going it doesn’t stay in the air long, just comes back down again sadly.
However it only cheap so I’ll give it 2 stars not 1.”
