Li-Ion Battery Reviews

Happy with the pre-order was concerned paying up front but all ok & the price was reduced a couple of weeks later after paid & before delivery. Nice little car, did think it was smaller than I thought it maybe. Within 30 mins of my grandson using it, it hit a plastic bin and the car was smashed all up the front & could not believe what thin cheap plastic it was. You would expect something more sturdy when paying over a £100. Such a shame as grandson was delighted when opened on Christmas day and he was left in tears. Luckily was able to buy a new top for approx £15 elsewhere, but that would be expensive if had to keep doing it. Went to try and load the pics of it broken but would not allow me to click on it, I will try again.

First time we used it we lost 2 screws that hold the steering servo in, when I bolt checked it half the screws where loose.

Really poor controls, steering and acceleration is either on or off making it pretty useless as a rock crawler. The charger gives no indication of whether it's charging or completed, just a solid red light.

Really frustrating both controllers control both cars so my kids can’t play with them at the same time. Maybe you should put these details on the website

Battery too small.only one cell 18650. Wires detached from the battery side of the connector when wanting to charge it. Bought two, red and blue but they cross frequencies despite saying they can be run together.

Good but nowhere near 10 mph as advertised. False advertising.

What I wanted was an RC Car with steering that isn't either straight or fully turned. i.e. you could turn a little bit. Reading the description it mentions: "a large 30-degree steering angle for accurate drifting, allowing precise control." and thought this car would fit the bill. But of course it is ONLY 30 degrees. I'm unsure how that allows for "accurate" and "precise" driving but I guess you need to be an expert in RC Cars to appreciate this. I'm unsure why they bother with the "wheel" for steering control. It should just be an on/off switch. As an only occasional purchaser of cars (I got three for my teenage boys) it's made for a disappointing purchase. I'm still unsure what it is I need to look for in a product description to avoid this mistake in the future.
