“Ordered as Christmas present but never received due to wrong address on label. Was offered to be resent once returned back to sender but still haven’t received it.”
“So disappointed. Bought for Grandson as his friends were getting rc cars . Bought an extra battery so he could have extra play time . Got a call xmas morning to tell me the remote was missing . I emailed the company to inform them and they quickly replied telling me they would source a replacement. Today is new years eve and I have just been informed the battery which should ve been in the box was also missing . Still no sign of the remote either . First and last time using this company”
“When I opened the box, one of the wheels had snapped off leading to a very upset little boy at Christmas. The red version that I bought for my other son was absolutely fine so I don't understand how this wheel has fallen off. Please could a replacement be sent ASAP to avoid anymore disappointment?

“Item never turned up, they won't refund me or send a new one, I have asked many times to speak to someone over the phone, they said they don't take phone calls, RC geeks sent me some nonsense that printed off then admin system which they think it was packaged and sent, I load of rubbish doesn't tell me anything, they are now not responding to my emails,, BUY FROM MODEL SPORT RC, THEY ARE BRILLIANT and been understanding and said they have heard this before about RC geeks”
“This scooter turnt up with the wires connecting the handle bar cut. I messaged pictures as soon as I noticed to keep being fobbed off with I'm awaiting a response from the warehouse!!! I have now returned this item and waiting for the company to refund me”
