“I like this bean a lot, the dark roast Italian blend compliments my La Pavoni machine really well once you dial it in properly. Going courser on your grind than normal is the way to go to extract those delicious dark chocolatey notes. Its the perfect espresso paired with milk. I'll probably be sticking with this blend. If you have a La Pavoni my ideal recipe is 15g in and about 36g out, giving a 20-25 sec extraction on the shot pull. The grind setting on my ROK manual grinder is 7-8 clicks from zero.”
