Very good piece of kit, I already have two routers, they're getting on, needed a smaller one to use on small jobs. This T4EK is perfect for all sorts especially intricate hand work. Only used it a couple of times now and it did the job with no problems, hope to get a lot more use in the coming years.

The router depth is not easy to set as it sticks and jams on its slides. The locking mechanism isn’t great and, over all, the construction does seem a bit cheap and nasty.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the router isn't meeting your expectations. Please bear in mind that if you believe the router to be faulty in anyway the manufacturer has an excellent warranty platform in place to address such issues. If the router continues to frustrate you please also note we offer more premium routers from the Trend range. Kind regards, Ian@Powertoolworld.co.uk
