“I agree. Utterly fabulous and tasty black pudding, and better than any other I have had. 1cm slice: Air fryer 5 mins at 180 then 5 mins at 205. Perfect (for me) - hot on the inside and crispy outside.”

“I haven't had black pudding for years. My grandmother used to make it and I have never found anything that could replace it or even taste close enough. Then I have tried this one and there is hope. There is little point to describe how something tastes, but this is worth trying.”

“This is a-l-m-o-s-t the finest black pudding I've ever had! I've yet to find one that I enjoy more than Stornoway Black Pudding but this is the closest yet and is absolutely EXCELLENT. (This is by no means a criticism, It's still streaks ahead of any other black pudding I've tried!)”
