“So, I made an alternative version of a Cassoulet. Aduki and black eyed beans and cumin in a red wine sauce with crispy cubes of the black pudding on top. Crusty bread to mop up with. Top notch.”
“only worried the manufacturers might not be able cope with the demand if it took off as I think it will. This batch is even better than the last if it were possible to be better, soft flavoursome cooked it slowly until just little colour each side, maybe I cooked it a bit to hot last time.
I have tried to find black pudding made with real blood not dried only found 3 in the whole of uk and this is the best by far enjoy”
