Lovely to enjoy beautiful duck which has been so obviously raised and treated well. Who knows where the meat comes from at a Chinese restaurant? I really care about provenance and Pipers Farm has been part of that education and greater awareness over the years. Generally, the free range and organic ranges from Waitrose and Daylesford just don’t come up to the standards Pipers Farm sets!”
