“So I used to make my stock with 8 chicken carcasses and 2 pigs trotters from the local butcher. After 2 hours simmering, all would be falling apart. Now I just use 1 Pipers Farm chicken carcass and their chicken feet to get the same amount of stock, but much better tasting. And even after 4hrs, the feet and carcass are intact. Now that's real chicken!”
