“I regularly buy the chicken bones to make bone broth. They are excellent quality for money. The broth is deep in flavour and I have found to be far superior to supermarket meat.”

“It’s a must on my list each time. These carcasses of your special chickens make phenomenal stock. There is a lot of meat on them and with a bag of celery, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, it’s a beautiful chicken vegetable stock.”
