“We ordered two picanhas for a large group. The flavour and tenderness was fantastic but one was 0.8kg and the other 1.6kg and we didn't have a meat thermometer so it was really difficult to get the cooking times right without overcooking. I would have really appreciated some variable cooking/rest times based on the variety of likely weights.”
