“Pipers introduced us to this amazing cut of beef. We cook it regularly now and absolutely love it. As with all Pipers products the fat also has wonderful flavour. Our top tip is to start it in a cold frying pan, fat side down, to render the fat gradually. You can then put it in the oven or on the bbq. We always eat it very rare. Yum.”
