“Excellent service and very well presented. Disappointed very slightly as the meat itself was very good but the wrap around fat, outer layer appeared to be an add on and consequently not too good. Would prefer a piece which is all in one..a larger piece with its own skin would probably be excellent. Maybe I chose the wrong cut.”

Everyone loved it, even a family member who doesnt usually like beef! Will definitely buy again for a special occasion.”
