“Disappointing
I bought three pieces of meat. Two were ok. One was labelled as a piece of sirloin, but was actually a piece of brisket. If this was mislabelling, then you question the company’s quality controls. There resolution to the problem was a small discount off a future order, which I said was insufficient. They be grudgingly finally credited me with cost, but never replaced the brisket. Poor customer service”
“Excellent piece of beef. Tender, succulent and full of proper, delicious flavour. A very happy family Sunday roast. Cook medium rare and allow to rest for a good 20 minutes before carving. Yum.”

The meat arrives impeccably packaged and is always consistently superb both in presentation and quality.
I have no desire to shop elsewhere for an alternative supplier as Pipers tries really hard to exceed expecation, and in just the short time I have known them, they have already upped their game.
I would appreciate the option of thicker cuts of what I buy and also more control of how they are packaged (number of vauum sealed cuts per outer protective bag). I would also like the option of enjoying free morning deliveries, but again that is pethaps not yet feasible from their perspectve and they have done more thatn enough already to earn my trust and respect.
In my humble opinion, this is a company you can trust that works hard to continue to earn that trust. I can only hope they remain unpoisoned by the toxic marketing that is so prevalent in so many businesses across so many industries today.
