“I recently ordered a fairly small amount of meat from Pipers farm, all the meat was lovely. There was a small problem with the delivery which was not Pipers farms fault, it was the delivery company, however when I phoned they were so lovely about it that I feel really valued as a customer even though I am not going to make them a fortune by any means. The girl I spoke to really cared about how they would avoid the problem in the future making me feel confident about putting in my next order.”
“The service as well up to standard, deliveries have always arrived as expected with texts from the driver beforehand. The silverside I bought was for jerky(biltong) and I thinly slice it and add spices. It always tastes delicious and is eaten too quickly.”
