“Great service with on time delivery. Cooked the joint in the barbecue, and what was left following a lovely roast dinner was sliced and vacuum packed for sandwiches for work. Flavour really comes out when cold and is a real treat for work sandwiches. Thoroughly recommended.”

I cut mine up in to 300g steaks then seal them in the air fryer rare. Very nice and cost effective way of eating dinner.
Could do with more fat being left on but I’m just being picky but it gives me an excuse to get the butter out. Delicious everytime!”
