“Simply delicious - I cooked this using a couple of films that I found on You Tube. Plenty of oil, salt and pepper then 3/4 mins each side to 130 degrees for medium rare. Topped with some butter then rested - served with homemade chimichurri sauce.
The steak was succulent, tasty, lean, pink. Beautiful .”
