“This steak is ‘melt in the mouth’ delicious’. I have had it before, in a restaurant and couldn’t see what the hype was all about. But, now I know! It’s so tender and cooks beautifully, particularly with the addition of Pipers Farm beef dripping. Now a favourite and on the menu, this weekend, for when we are entertaining friends, who are coming to stay.”
