“I’ve found it really difficult to get good stock bones. These really fill the gap and are already frozen for easy storage until needed. I found they not only provided a rich stock and some cooking fat but there was sufficient meat still on the bones and enough flavour still in that to use for other dishes. I’d made a huge batch of stock so could make tasty soup and a 'left overs' casserole to freeze. Wonderfully economic way to have tasty nourishing food.”
