“Thick with nice shape, smells of Christmas - however more than a foot's length at the bottom, counting from where the branches start, were completely dried out with just a bit of greenery on the some of the tips. An avalanche of needles as soon as the netting came away... and a bottom that basically has bare branches now up to the first half meter. Due to Covid we did not go and select a tree, like we always do, but took pot luck having it delivered. We would have notice this if we had seen it in person. The only way forward now is to cut a foot off, making it a decent 6ft tree. A bit disappointed with this. Hopefully back to scrutinising our purchase in person next year.”

“We've ordered our trees from Pines and Needles for over 10 years. The trees are always fresh and last about 10 dayd to 2 weeks with regular refulls of the water in the well.”
