How was our Service?

“Hello, the tree seems to have been cut months ago. We noticed that the bottom was dried after installation and it is now so dry that it would have lost most of its needles from all branches by Christmas. Very disappointing!”

“The tree arrived promptly and in about 2 hours was already standing in its tray full of water. However, at the moment (6 days after arrival) it sheds like crazy. If I stroke a branch all needles are falling off which is disappointing. I just hope it will survive until the New Year.”
