How was our Service?

“We have bought trees from you for many years and they have always been fantastic trees. This years is not up to your usual standard. The lower branches had been removed for the lower foot of the trunk, leaving small filler branches as the base. It is sparse at the bottom three feet of the tree with large gaps where you can largely see bald inner branches and the trunk and the room on the other side of the tree. Hoping it improves once it has settled, but certainly not your best year.”
